Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. No promo code needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no external indication of the contents, product names, or company branding on the shipping box or envelope. Your privacy is our priority.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Sensitive products are shipped with appropriate temperature-control measures to ensure product integrity upon arrival. Ice packs and insulated packaging are used as needed.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every shipment. You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us for any special shipping requests.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cloud Aminos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
