Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of research peptide products, we have specific return guidelines:

• Unopened products: May be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Damaged products: Replaced at no cost with photo evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Opened or reconstituted products: Cannot be returned due to product integrity and safety standards.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@cloudaminos.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 business hours.
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging and product
• A brief description of the damage

We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after 30 days of delivery
